Status Update as of June 13, 2026: Following the Court's final approval of the settlement, Objectors Don Gibson, Jeremy Keel, Daniel Umpa, and James Mullis filed appeals. Those appeals are proceeding in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals (Case Nos. 26-11566 and 26-11567). The appeals are ongoing.

As of March 31, 2026, the Court has granted final approval. Additional appeals may still be filed. Distribution will occur approximately 30 days after any appeal is resolved or the Defendants provide the remaining settlement funds on July 31, 2026, whichever comes later. The estimated payment date will be posted once it becomes available.
